Kia Ora

Kia ora tatou, Ko Penny ahau, ko Kennett to̅ku ingoa wha̅nau. A psychotherapist practicing in the Wellington Area in Aotearoa, I offer psychotherapy to individuals.

With over 20 years of experience working with people in New Zealand and Australia, my work honours each person’s story, struggle and strengths.

Previously I’ve worked in Auckland, Perth Western Australia. My psychotherapy training was at the Hawke’s Bay  Eastern Institute of Technology; following this I trained with the Hakomi Pacifica Group, held in Perth, Western Australia and more recently achieved my Advanced Clinical Practice Certificate.

The work is in accordance with the Code of Ethics of Association of Psychotherapists Aotearoa NZ and I commit to ongoing and regular professional supervision, collegial fellowship and learning.

What I Offer

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, in-person and online. My integrated approach draws on person-centred, mindfulness-based, psychodynamic, and Object Relations psychotherapy, tailored to your unique needs.
