Kia ora. Ko Penny Kennett toku ingoa, and I am a psychotherapist practicing in the central Wellington area, Aotearoa New Zealand. I have provided psychotherapy to individuals in Wellington, Auckland, Perth (W.A.), and the Hawke's Bay region for 20 years, I have offered face-to-face psychotherapy, and for the past 5 years, online therapy as well.

My initial training was in the Hawke’s Bay, E.I.T. Following this, I trained with the Hakomi Pacifica Group in Perth, Western Australia. Returning home I engaged in further training, earning my Advanced Certificate of Psychotherapy through New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy (now APANZ).

I practice in accordance with the Code of Ethics of APANZ and am committed to regular professional supervision, collegial connection and ongoing development.
